Are you or your partner immigrating to marry in Australia?

Many couples are either about to immigrate or are in the process of immigrating into Australia.

Depending on the type of visa you are currently holding or require, the Immigration Department may ask you to complete the Notice of Intended Marriage with the Celebrant and then have the Celebrant write a letter to them, advising them of your intended marriage in Australia.

I do all this for you.

You will need to make an appointment to come and see me (only one person needs to come if the other person is still overseas).

At this appointment, you will also need to pay a deposit for marriage which covers all your legal paperwork – the completion of the Notice of Intended Marriage, Completion of the Declaration of Marriage and all letters for Immigration.

We do this all at our meeting and you can take the letter away with you, the same day.
